A new sort of car problem...

So as my luck would have it I received a letter from the DMV last night, stating that I needed to pay the registration fee for my car. As I understand it "tax, license and fees" were part of the price when one purchases a car.

This generally would mean that I just need to call the dealership, speak with the finance director, and have the situation easily resolved. The issue is that the finance director is mini-me. He whom I have blown off for a couple of weeks.

Why Lord, why...

I'm going to need to try some fancy foot work to get through this.
