Mind Over Matter
The above won out on me yesterday… suddenly the idea that I didn’t want to be at work manifested itself into really feeling ill. So I went home. Upon my departure from the office, a miracle occurred and I was healed, ready to spend the day in the sun.
So instead of feverishly clicking on my refresh button to see if anyone else had nearly the time I do to email, I went home… watched my favorite movie (du jour), “Garden State”, slept out on the terrace and went for a run, all before meeting some girlfriends for cocktails and dinner, and ultimately ending up, once again, staying the night at The Man’s house. I haven’t slept at home in well over a week. (I did stay the night at my best friend’s house on Monday night… so I did have a little break from The Man.)
He says he’s getting addicted to me. I am becoming that way with him. It’s very odd.
So the weekend is now upon us... perhaps again I shall don the ‘new outfit’ I got for last weekend.

I arrived to The Man’s house Saturday in a trench coat, fish net thigh high stockings, spike heels, and the outfit. I literally said a prayer as I pulled down his street, “God, I know this is a completely inappropriate thing to ask for… but could you please please please make sure that none of The Man’s neighbors are outside when I pull up.”
My prayer was answered, and I scrambled to get this surprise through his front door as quickly as possible. I was slightly frantic to make sure the group of older women that love their walks around the neighborhood and the neighbor- who buffs his Porsche more than anyone I’ve ever seen- didn’t suddenly come out of their homes. I proceeded (of course) to drop my keys… bending over in an outfit that should never be bent over in public... I scooped them up and hurried to his door (that I had suggested that he leave unlocked)… As I walked into his house… my *uh-hum* soul was satisfied as I saw his reaction to my endeavor.
Yeessssssss
Have a great weekend... I'll certainly attempt to do the same...

Oops... did I forget to mention that?
Anyhoo.
You are blatantly violating #4 of your own "Things You're Not Putting Up With Anymore".
Better to use your imagination... I'm hotter than her.
