Happy Holidays
What I should be doing: In my car on the way to work.
What I am doing: Sitting in my pajamas, thinking I should be packing and wondering just how long this day shall be.
I am heading to the office this morning (late). I will spending the day there, attempting to get out a little early so I may head up to Newport Beach and cocktail. Beach Chic needed some help at her restaurant tonight, and last week when she asked me if I could help her out it seemed like a fun idea. Shore.
Until 2am I will deliver libations to those in need of intoxication this pre-Christmas Friday. At 2am Beach Chic and I are planning to hop in the car and head north. We will drive 8 hours to arrive to Danville hopefully around 10am, where I will spend my holiday with her family and friends.
Honestly not sure if I am ready to accept the fact that 24 hours from now I will still be awake… and driving… but we shall see how it goes.
I’ll be back on Tuesday… but I may drop you some good tidings prior to then.
