As soon as she came, she went…

I am heading out of town for a couple of weeks (I will have ample time to post)… apparently I love prolonging joblessness and homelessness just a bit longer. I have enjoyed the last few days in Portland. The warm weather has been great and has reminded me of how easily one can fall in love with this place… all over again.

However, I am off to consume copious amounts of hushpuppies… mmm mmm good…

Arg… plane almost loading... I must get my pre-boarding self ready… happy day

    This is such a freaking great idea...pre boarding. I love it...so something i would do. I used to travel all the time and when i read this post about waiting in this line, then this line etc. i totally related. I used to literally take a tylenol pm and totally zone out, had to have a new people/us weekly magazine adn i would ignore everyone, sit in line and hate every single minute of it until i got enough miles to get elite 1st boarding in which i would do exactly as you do. Sit down, pull out my reading material-which is usually already out b/c i read it walkign down the terminal while i am zoning out and then i buckle up, prop up, and veg out. I hate all those damn lines, the kids, the ridiculous clutter of bags. That is when you are happy you are single and only have to worry about yourself. Sorry such a long comment but i felt compelled to.

    dude- hushpuppies are nasty... youve gotta stop w/this- seriously. Have a great time- say hi to Germantown for me (almost moved there once) - Happy Cinco de Mayo- should be passed out by about 6- JRL
